Why this guy captured my attention specially when I'm watching this movie...Everytime he removes his shirt and when he's with the wolf pack OMG my heart palpitates hahahaha!

pati ung mga kasama nia sa house at ibang kasamahan sa work nagkaron ng interest..not knowing na it takes months or years just to attained the well toned and firmness of the muscles..ayun siguro out of 10 na nag simula mga 3 na lang sila naiwan..kala nila ha madali....

At first medyo naiirita ako sa knya tska nag wo-worried..u know "the hernia" thing...but he assured me nman na he's always wearing supporter everytime he do his routines in gym..okey fine wala na kong sinabi..but wait nung unti unti kong nakikita na gumaganda ung built ng katawan grabe puro kanin na lang ang kinakain ko katawan pa lang ay ulam na hahahaha...
