Let's do some retouching!

I didn't render overtime last Saturday so what I did to make a productive day I pulled out our kitchen drawers and do some retouching with the help of laminated paper....

Here are the materials I used

Scissors, knife, sand paper and laminated paper

Cabinet drawer



I removed all the the dust and dirt of this drawer, then I used the sand paper for fining the wood. I placed the paper on top of the drawer and make some markings so that when I cut the paper and ready to stick on the cabinet it will be perfectly fit. Be extra careful when peeling off the sheet and placing it on the object you must be sure that there are no crumples or wrinkles when sticking it on the object, it's just like you're installing the screen protector on your cellphone or ipods free from bubbles hahaha...

Tibiao Fish Spa

Have you tried already the Fish Spa??? the first time I tried this was in Star City..for a first timer of course you'll bit afraid and there's also a tendency you're going to shout once these fishes are touching your feet good thing I have the courage to try this without any fear and hesitation (wehh di nga???)  hahaha...but seriously speaking I enjoyed it so much....this time I tried this fish spa inside the SM Iloilo..Tibiao Fish Spa...Tibiao is located within Antique City and according to the male assistant it is also where their fishes came from.

This would take about 30mins. only...since super chickadora ko at wala nman masiadong customer the male assistant told us we can stay there as long as we wanted..sabi ko "naku kuya siguro wala kayong pakain sa isda nyo tapos wala pang customer kaya pinapabusog nyo sila sa paa namin hahahaha.."

While me and my cousin are strolling around in their campus which is CPU Iloilo I noticed this stall inside their school and I asked him to try this product...He asked me kung wala ba ganito sa Manila...so I answered parang di ko sia na encounter sa mga bilihan ng fishball and kwek-kwek or even inside the mall o baka lang di ko talaga nakita sa labo ng mata ko...anyways ano pa nga ba siempre di ko rin pinalagpas ito...

Ingredients:

Shreded buko

Syrup (sugar dilluted in water)

Evaporated Milk

and the finished product.....ang ganda ng lagayan di ba sa mineral bottle in fairness malinis ung bottle bago sia ung bottle cap nyan naka sealed pa tapos lalagyan nila ng butas para sa straw ang taray di ba!grabe na mi-miss ko na nga ito ang sarap nya kasi ang dami pang gatas na nilagay ni ate..see the tower?? buko juice yan o di ba walang nasayang sa buko...

Hindi ako masyadong na excite sa pag gala ko sa Iloilo pagkadating pa lang namin ni mudra sa airport iniwan ko lang ung mga bagahe ko sa kanila at dumerecho na agad ako sa SM City to think na nag earthquake sa Iloilo the day before na dumating kami di pa rin natinag ang lola nyo sa pag lakwatsa...anyways kasama ko nman ung cousin ko a.k.a the businessman Raymond naku estudyante pa lang to ngaun pero dinaig pa ako...sabi ko nman sa inyo di ko palalagpasin ang batchoy dito...First stop is Plazuela meron din palang Deco's branch dito actually katabi lang nitong mall na to ung SM...

Well aside from the Molo soup which is also popular for Ilonggo's dishes this La Paz Batchoy is also one of my favorite noodle dish...it consists of pork, pork liver, garlic, onion, shrimp, chicken and the secret recipe of their soup which makes this a distinct one comparing to other noodle dish.  So this is what I ordered the Special Batchoy gustuhin ko man ung Xtra Special nila baka di ko kayang maubos pano kasi sabaw pa lang nyan mabubusog ka na...this costs for only 65.00 pesos

  

Perfect match ang batchoy either sa pandesal or sa puto.....so I chose puto sawa na kasi ko sa pandesal  sa office lang araw araw pandesal ang kinakain namin....

Thank you at patuloy nyo pa rin ako binibigyan ng mahabang buhay sa pag gabay at pag protect nyo sakin at sa mga mahal ko sa buhay sa anumang trahedya sakuna at karamdaman. Sabi nila nagiging emotional daw lalo pag tumatanda na mas lalo akong nagiging emotional sa mga blessings na binibigay nyo sa kin hilingin ko man o hindi alam ko binibigay nyo sakin kung ano ang karapat dapat...sa sobrang dami ng blessing na binibigay nyo sa akin kulang ang kantang " A Million Thanks To You"...

City of Love...Iloilo....for the Nth Time...

It's been a long time I don't update my blog...busy as a bee at work and some side trip lamyerda in Batangas just to maintain the so called Life Work Balance...can't it be more on life life life balance???? This week I'll start the life life life balance hahaha joke... just only 5 days and 4 nights vacation to my parents hometown w/c is Iloilo City!!!..the exciting part of it I'll be experiencing again to smell the fresh air (sometimes the smell of cow's poo-poo  will mixed on it yaiks!), eat fresh vegetables and seafoods, I don't wanna miss to eat La Paz Batchoy either on Deco's or in Ted's Lapaz Batchoy, visit the church of Candelaria, roaming around in downtown wherein the delicacies of Iloilo will be found (barquillos, biscocho, piyaya etc.), visit some relatives, and of course it's fiesta there so I'll make it a point there's always a free space on my large and small intestines hehehe....until now I haven't packed my things maybe tomorrow so I can decide what clothes should I bring (you know girls..if could only be possible to bring their own cabinet they will be happy to do so)...

I'll share my experiences and my photos there!!...See yah!!...

Weekend Trip.. Part 2

Next Stop is Liliw Laguna which is also knowned for the cheapest price but good in quality when it comes to shoes and sandals... we headed first to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church other people calls it the Red Brick Church, of course we prayed for our safety and guidance and for our some personal prayers.

and the most exciting part for the girls is window shopping (nga lang ba?)..naku pagdating sa bags and shoes di maaaring di ka bumili ni isa man lang....lalo na sa lugar na to..swak na swak sa budget!

Kung nakapunta ka na ng Antipolo church ganun na ganun ang itsura ng Liliw....Church ung nasa pinaka tuktok then pagbaba mo ung buong street kabi-kabilaan puro tindahan na ng mga shoes at sandalas....

at eto ang bubulaga sa mga mata ninyo.....

Naku kung pwede nga lang bawat designs ay bilhin mo na...halos lahat ng stores di nagkakalayo ng mga prices...from P150 - P350 mahal na siguro ang mga 400-500 kasi pwede ka pa rin humingi ng discount...knowing girls (lalo na ako) natataranta na ko pag andyan na lahat sa harapan ko ang ibat-ibang klase ng sandalas at shoes.....moral lesson don't be impulsive buyer siempre ang una mo dapat isipin at bilhin ay kung meron ka na bang ganyang style ng shoes eh color may kapareho na kaya and the most important is magagamit mo ba tlga yan baka nman patulugin mo lang sa box or sa shoe cabinet yan....ang hirap labanan ng kunsensya...haist babae nga naman...naku before i forgot para mas convenient ang pamimili nating mga girls NEVER, DON'T, HUWAG magsama ng boys para walang sagabal pag namimili ng sapatos...hahahaha...buti na lang wala si moks for sure either nakisamangot un o kaya sasabihin nun intayin ko na lang kayo dito...=D

Weekend trip...Part1

This time iba naman ang mga nakasama ko sa pag gagala rather should I say mas nadagdagan pala kami...tested na talaga ang biglaan lakad mas natutuloy pa kaysa sa mga nakaplano ng pag gala..last Saturday we went to Laguna.. First stop Sta. Cruz Laguna...syempre un ang di namin palalagpasin daanan dahil gusto namin matikman ang lutong lugaw ng lola ni cinds kaya lang di daw nakapag luto pero bumawi naman kare-kare ang inihanda sa amin may kasama pang pansit plus puto at kutchinta!
Akala nga namin tindahan itong kusina nila cinds kasi parang may mga paninda hahahaha di pala sadyang ganun lang daw tlaga..at eto ang mga gala buddies sa long table atlast na experience din namin kumain dito..

After namin manggulo sa bahay nila cinds nakipag meet na kami dun sa mother ng kasamahan ng asawa ko which is taga Nagcarlan Laguna...may papadala kasi sia at thesame time meron din pla siang bibigay na espasol sa amin buti na lang pala nakipag meet kami kung hindi sayang at di namin natikman ung masarap na espasol....pagkatapos ng konting chikahan nagpaalam na kami para tumuloy naman sa tlgang pakay namin puntahan ang LILIW.... First day of work for the year 2012....ano pa nga ba pag galing sa bakasyon nakakatamad uli pumasok...tapos you need to render O.T. pa...haist it was such a tiring day....buti na lang pag uwi ko andun si Bono (hehehe my new pet) but aside from my dog this what really make me smile it all paid off my tiring and not so good day.....

Di ganito itsura bed at curtain kanina pag alis ko....Thanks much ate shirley pinalitan mo lahat...bed sheet, curtains at lagi mong nililinis ang room ko..kaso lang te ung kurtina medyo exposed ako dito kita ako sa labas ng window kasi hindi ito ung partner ng kurtina hahaha...but over all KUDOS!!!!....
